Free Postage on ALL UK orders, no minimum required.

Fell and Mountain Ltd will ship the goods as itemised by a fully tracked service using Hermes carriers or Royal Mail in the UK and will require a signature.

International orders will be sent via a Royal Mail International Tracked Service.


Please note that due to the increase in postage costs we are no longer able to send items above 10kg to certain
more remote areas of the UK.

Orders, before 12 am, will be dispatched the same working day. But please allow 3-5 days to be safe.


We reserve the right to cancel or stop any order if we believe there is a problem or the goods will not travel well internationally, which you will be informed of and your money returned to you in full.
As we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver international parcels, All our delivery times are as best as we can give you and what we are provided, but please note we cannot be held responsible if these times do take longer as we cannot guarantee the service from international companies used the royal mail, therefore a parcel is not deemed to be undelivered till 25 days have passed.

Your order may be subject to customs charges and/or import fees if you are having an item delivered to a location outside of the EU. We cannot estimate when these charges will be applied, how much they will come to if applied and we regret that we cannot pay these charges. For more information about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Any charges incurred must be paid by the receiver of the order, if an item is refused by the receiver the item will be abandoned by the carrier and the customer will be wholly liable for the order and the return of the goods to us at their expense.


We will try our best to process your order in time for delivery within three business days. However, please allow 3-5 working days especially during busy periods. Once processed your order will be dispatched on a fully tracked service. All products are held in stock , but on the rare occassion an item may have sold out. If this is the case we will inform you within 12 hours by email.

You will receive an e-mail on the day of dispatch informing you that the product has been despatched. If you haven’t heard anything from either ourselves or the delivery companies within 3 working days from the date of the dispatch email, please contact us.

A signature must be obtained by our couriers when the goods are delivered at the delivery address. If this is not the case please contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery or to collect the item. Failure to contact the couriers may result in the item being returned to us and may also result in liability for any additional postage charges which are incurred by Fell and Mountain Ltd
