Unless you are doing a circuit or a stamina traverse it is the norm these days to tackle a boulder problem sans chalk bag.
The logic being that on most problems, especially ones near your physical limit, there is precious little opportunity to release a hand from the rock other than the split second it takes to slap to the next sloper.
So before you set off make sure you’ve got a good coating of chalk rubbed into your hands.
The best and least messy way to do that is in a bucket style chalk bag.

Everyone can dip into the same bag, but you’ll probably want one each if you’re intent on working different problems.
DMM have given it a stable broad base to stop it toppling over and there is an easy-to-grab handle and secure double draw cord closures to seal the bag.

Top tip: If you are trying a long problem, rubbing loose chalk into your hands for thirty seconds or so creates a reasonably durable coating
