Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and this puts them into the Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and e- mail or over the Internet. Placing an order on this website is a binding agreement and by making a purchase you are stating that you are over 18 and able to enter into such an agreement.
Shipping And Handling
Fell & Mountain will ship the goods as itemised by FedEx carriers and ROYAL MAIL in the UK service and will require a signature.
Postage costs
POSTAGE CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIME
Postage charge will appear at checkout, these may vary depending on the weight of the parcel but are kept to a minimum.
England, Wales, and southern Scotland Please note that due to the increase in postage costs we are no longer able to send items above 10kg to certain
more remote areas of the UK.
Orders before 9am it will be dispatched the same working day. But please allow 3-5 days to be safe.
For deliveries to North Scotland, Scottish islands, Ireland and Europe and the rest of the world please note that there is a different pricing structure. If you are unsure please ring on 01254 390986.

International Deliveries
We reserve the right to cancel or stop any order if we believe there is a problem or the goods will not travel well international, which you will be informed of and your money returned to you in full.
As we use royal mail to deliver international parcels, All our delivery times are as best as we can give you and what we are provided, but please note we cannot be held responsible if these times do take longer as we cannot guarantee the service from international companies used the royal mail, therefore a parcel is not deemed to be undelivered till 25 days have passed.
Delivery Schedule
We will try our best to process your order in time for delivery the next two business days. However, please allow 3-5 working days especially during busy periods. Once processed your order will be dispatched on a next day service. Some products are not held in stock and are therefore shipped as soon as possible. If this is the case we will inform you of an approximate delivery date as soon as we can by email.
You will receive an e-mail on the day of dispatch informing you that the product has been despatched. If you haven’t heard anything from either ourselves or the delivery companies within 3 working days from the date of the dispatch email, please contact us.
A signature must be obtained by our couriers when the goods are delivered. Present at the delivery address. If this is not the case please contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery or to collect the item. Failure to contact the couriers may result in the item being returned to us and may also result in liability for any additional postage charges which are incurred by Fell & Mountain.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you it's available to us. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made in the UK and to EC countries 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. However, we cannot exchange if goods have been worn, damaged, without the tags attached or in any way which would hinder selling on unless a genuine fault exists. Please note, although we do our best to make sure all product are useable before we send, We ask all our customers to check everything is there before using it out in the field, We will not be held responsible for customer who do not check items before going on there trip.
Fell & Mountain do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, but if a human error occurs where a mistake is made in the advertised price Fell & Mountain reserve the right not to process the order, you will be contacted ASAP with the correct price and the option whether to agree or not. By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to this.
Returns
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items (not including shipping costs.)
We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
If a replacement items need to be sent out they will incur a shipping charge relevant to your delivery address.
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have have to pay the return shipping. We believe that this directive is fully covered in our 15 day guarantee.
